Founded in 2019 by Eric Vaughan & brothers Dario Barone and Giancarlo Barone, our company is rooted in a deep passion for chocolate and a visionary approach to the confectionery industry. Specializing in chocolate co-manufacturing, we partner with small, medium and large businesses to bring their chocolate dreams to life.

Our journey began with a simple desire: to create exceptional chocolate products that resonate with consumers' evolving tastes. From our state-of-the-art facility in Portland, Oregon, we offer a comprehensive suite of services that include recipe development, branding & packaging design, and fulfillment. Our team of skilled chocolatiers and creative professionals work closely with each partner to ensure that every product we co-manufacture not only meets but exceeds expectations.

We make many different chocolate products in many different sizes and shapes. In 2026 we moved into a larger facility to keep growing with our partners. Our team includes chocolate makers, production technicians, a food safety specialist and a creative department.
