Chocolate Packaging and Co-Packing

The chocolate we make for you is wrapped and packed on our line, so it leaves ready to ship. You choose the packaging that fits your product and how you sell it.

Flow wrap

A sealed film wrap for bars, squares and small pieces, from single bars to multi-packs. It keeps your product fresh and suits high-volume runs.

Fold wrap

The classic look for a chocolate bar: an inner foil wrap and a printed outer wrapper, folded neatly around each bar. The same line packs the wrapped bars into display boxes and master cases, so they leave ready for the shelf.

Stand-up pouches

Our bag fill and seal line weighs your product into pouches and seals them for a tamper-evident finish. It suits drinking chocolate, powdered mixes, bark, chocolate chips and small wrapped pieces.

Display boxes and master cases

Selling to stores means display boxes and master cases. Selling online doesn't. If you only sell direct to consumers, you don't pay for wholesale packaging you won't use.

Materials and design

We can supply wrapper film and master cases, or run packaging you provide. We design on the dielines our packaging line runs, so your files go to the printer once, and our creative team can design the wrapper and box for you.

Shipping and fulfillment

Cocoa Pack offers fulfillment from the same building: we store your finished chocolate, ship wholesale pallets, and pick, pack and ship online orders to your customers.

Minimum order

A trial run starts at 200 kg per product. Regular production starts at 500 kg per product.

Tell us about your product through the contact form: what you want to make, the size and shape, how many units you expect for a first run, and your packaging. We sign a mutual NDA before you share a recipe.
