Organic and Kosher Chocolate Co-Manufacturing

If your brand needs organic or kosher chocolate, we can make it. We hold organic certification through Oregon Tilth and kosher certification through EarthKosher, and we're Fair Trade USA certified.

How it works

We add your products to our organic certificate. We submit your ingredients and products for kosher approval. You get the certificates your retailers ask for. Each product carries only the certifications it qualifies for.

Food safety

We are an FDA-registered facility with a full-time food safety specialist.

What we can make

Many different chocolate products in many sizes and shapes: bars, filled bars, bon bons, truffle bars, squares, bark, couverture, drinking chocolate and bagged products. We work with alternative sweeteners and milks for low-sugar, vegan and dairy-free chocolate.

Minimum order

A trial run starts at 200 kg per product. Regular production starts at 500 kg per product.
